The real proof will be if there is a justice replacement opportunity with a year to go in the Trump admin, and Dems control Congress, and do not allow any Trump picks to be considered.

it is absolutely essential that demmycrats block the appointment of a replacement until after the mid term elections.......who gets to vote on approving the nominee MUST be a campaign issue in November, just like it was in 2016........
