How to handle confrontational liberals.

This debate isn't about rights; it is about a society where a particular ideology believes that you can shout down and insult those they disagree with in public spaces. It's about a partisan ideology who is lowering the standard of civility because they weren't successful at the ballot box.

It's dumb and it is dangerous in its Fascist agenda.

No you stupid fuck...the Donald is lowering civility standards...all by himself.
Go fuck a porcupine.

This owner got it right.

"A Richmond, Virginia, bookstore owner said he called the police on Saturday after former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon was confronted in his store.
Nick Cooke, owner of Black Swan Books, told The Richmond Times-Dispatch that a woman called Bannon a "piece of trash."
The woman then left the store after Cooke said he called 911.
"Steve Bannon was simply standing, looking at books, minding his own business. I asked her to leave, and she wouldn't. And I said, 'I'm going to call the police if you don't,' and I went to call the police and she left," Cooke said. "And that's the end of the story.""

The woman is correct.
Bannon IS a piece of trash.

She was actually being kind.
She could easily have accurately said a lot worse.

Thinks "and" means all 3 must apply for the statute to apply.

Priceless.

Disorderly Conduct under Virginia law is an act that 1) takes place in a public place, 2) has direct tendency to cause violence at the person at whom such conduct is directed, and 3) the accused intended to cause a public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly created a risk for one of those.

Loser.

:rofl2:

It does, dumbfuck. Otherwise, “or” is used. For example:

1)”Legion is an illiterate AND an asshole”.
2)”Legion is an illiterate OR an asshole”.

See the difference?

BTW, 1) is the correct statement.

More dishonest stupidity. You have your chance to be heard at the ballot box. After you lose, verbally assaulting politicians simply because you don't like their politics is Fascistic, pathetic and weak and dies nothing but further erode civility.

That is very dangerous third world shit hole behavior. Try to be better than that.

Shut the fuck up.
Freedom of speech is always appropriate, not just when you decide it is.

" Though I disagree with what you are saying, I will defend with my life your right to say it".

Freedom of speech is always appropriate.

Except when it's harassment of a private citizen. Or hate speech. Or the equivalent of yelling "fire!" in a crowded theater. Or a listed legally-acknowledged exception.

Acting like a Fascist again. You don't have the right to verbally assault me just because you don't agree with my politics.

But I get the desperate incivility of the left; when you can't win at the polls, act like Fascists and assault those you disagree with.

So you'll be okay with conservative mobs surrounding liberal politicians in public spaces hurling insults when the shoe is on the other foot?

One woman and a baby isn't a mob, Turd Delector.

No JPP liberal seems willing to endorse that tactic when you ask if it applies to everyone, do they, TD?
