It wasn't about me. The HOA was the one making the claim they had sent those letters. My response and the support of it by the judge wasn't 100% truthful. Unless they could prove I received them, those letters, under the law, didn't exist.

I'll ask again. Do you a deed, survey results, plats, titles, etc.? I have them for the things I own. For my house, I have proof where the mortgage was met and a plat showing the surveyed property lines. I have titles for all the cars and the RV. That proves ownership.

Do you have a deed or a title showing ownership? If not, all you is a claim you expect people to accept.

If they could prove they sent them (i.e. - certified mail), that would automatically be proof that I received them since the two go together. You claim I lied. By doing so, you claim the judge lied since his requirement to have sided with the HOA was their proof that they sent them/I received them, which ever one you want to call it. When he told them unless they could prove the mailing/receipt, the letters didn't exist. In other words, "what letters".

You said he lied and expected everyone to believe it because you said it. Do you have proof of the lie?

I can't discredit something for which no proof exists. A claim like that discredits itself. You should look up the term racism before misapplying because it's all you have left to try and go on.

You're the one that said they owned it and can prove it. That means it's YOUR place to do the research and provide something other than claims to back it up.

Maybe they did give land to the U.S. they didn't own. The U.S. government gives money to people they didn't earn and tries to justify how not earning it gives those people a greater claim to it than the person that actually did earn it.
