Hello Uncensored2008,
Good morning, my friend.
Now you say the left hates the right, full of hatred.
Good morning;
It is always a pleasure to speak with you, though we do not agree.
While I agree there is hatred on both sides, I maintain that the left has nothing but hate.
I say there is certainly plenty of hatred going around on both sides.
But it would be foolish to think that everyone on the left hates the right, or that everyone on the right hates the left.
The problem with stereotypes is that they break down.
Stereotypes are overly simplistic; but the world is complex.
So stereotypes don't really serve us very well.
The left seeks to put an end to self-rule by people.
When you sweep away the rhetoric and dust settles, the left is based on the ideals of Hegel. Marx built his views on Hegel as did Lenin, Mao, and the other influences of the modern left. One must remember though that George Hegel was a Monarchist. He argued that society must be ruled by a dictator. Hence, as we sweep away the slogans and distortions from the left, we are left with the call to establish and promote dictatorship.
In practice the American left seeks the Oligarchy, such as is in power in California where 99% of the wealth is in the hands of a dozen Silicone Valley billionaires who wield absolute political power
If you are a human, I love you.
Sounds quaint, but an awful lot of those humans want to cut your head off on Al Jazeera or enslave you in Foxxcon style sweatshops.
I love being a human on this planet and part of the human collective here.
The blessings of liberty afford you that love. Were you enslaved and starving such as the population of North Korea and Venezuela are, such love would rapidly dissipate.
It's OK that humans are going to disagree on what we should do as a group.
Does some of the left hate the right? Absolutely!
Does some of the right hate the left? No doubt of it.
Do some of these people hate each other simply because they think the other side hates them?
Well if that's true, then all it would take would be some simple little misunderstanding, and hatred could grow on both sides.
And then you get somebody shrewd and diabolical, who sees this as an opportunity.
You are oversimplifying it.
The left hates the right because the left seeks to rule with an iron fist. The right hates the left because the right does not want to submit to being ruled.
Common ground between would be slaves and those who desire to enslave them is difficult.
You can get a lot of attention by telling people the things they fear the most are looming, and they should hate the Demons who are cooking it up. Then, of course, they demonize the other side. Now, here's the diabolical part. You can get rich by doing that. You get a lot of attention, and you can sell a lot of ads; and that's worth BIG MONEY.
Yet at the end of the day, the facts remain that the left seeks dictatorship with an enslaved populace ruled by what they think are benevolent rulers who are wiser and more enlightened and thus can rule the lives of others better than people can rule their own lives.
The right, the traditional liberals, hold that we are by nature free and endowed with the right to rule our own lives, even if we make bad choices.
Hegel in opposition to Kant.
Nietzsche in opposition to Locke
Marx in opposition to Von Mises
One side is right, the other is wrong. Both cannot be correct when there is diametric contradiction.
Just ask any of the talking heads on conservative talk radio. And a few on MSNBC. And some on Fox.
Are we wise to take this all, hook line and sinker?
I don't *think* so.
Given that we have a press that is openly dishonest and reports in an effort to promote an agenda of leftism, is it not vital to have conservative radio to balance and expose the radical left press?
CNN went to Facebook to demand they censor Alex Jones. Now I think Jones is a nut, but clearly CNN fears him and as such seeks to silence rather than refute him.
