Oh really? Which esteemed jurist doesn't think that a person has the right to life?
“Where in the Constitution does it say that”?

You never did answer the question about the death penalty, Rufus. Cat got your tongue?

that is not correct. an openly carried handgun in PA can be loaded.
There's a bit of a moral difference between the right to self defense and murdering a defenseless child...All progressive liberals don't get the vapors over firearms.
I own a few myself.
I offered a proposal early on: Democrats should shut the fuck up over guns if Republicans will shut the fuck up over abortion.
Other than that, I stay out of the gun argument, one way or another.
Deals with the devil? You literally just advocated against self defense and for murder. Look in the mirror. No deals with the devils.
keep abortion and get rid of guns.
Scandanavian countries are moving away from socialism because they're going broke. Their own PMs have said this. You might want to check into that for yourself shoog, for once. The Scadi's are quite fond of guns. And healthcare are it turns out.
by the 9th circuit, no less.
A federal appeals court ruled on Tuesday that the U.S. Constitution’s Second Amendment protects a right to openly carry a gun in public for self-defense, rejecting a claim by Hawaii officials that the right only applies to guns kept at home.
The extent of the right to gun ownership protected by the Second Amendment is one of the most hotly contested debates in the United States, where life has been punctuated by a steady stream of mass shootings.
The ruling issued by a three-judge panel on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, based in San Francisco, came a year after the U.S. Supreme Court declined to rule either way on the carrying of guns in public.
Two of the three 9th Circuit judges voted to reverse a decision by the U.S. District Court in Hawaii that state officials did not infringe on the rights of George Young, the plaintiff, in twice denying him a permit to carry a gun outside.
“We do not take lightly the problem of gun violence,” Judge Diarmuid O’Scannlain wrote in Tuesday’s ruling. “But, for better or for worse, the Second Amendment does protect a right to carry a firearm in public for self-defense.”

Exactly. Laws don't stop crime, they punish it after the fact. It's illegal to carry a gun in a school. Hell it's illegal to walk into a school with a lone bullet in your pocket. It's illegal to kill people. But there are still school shootings. There are still murders. If you're already going to commit a crime, why would you give a fuck if it's illegal to use a gun? You're already breaking the law.Only a Liberal is fool enough to believe passing a law that criminals won't follow will stop shootings.
lol
It’s so easy to allow you morons to paint yourself into a corner from which you can’t extricate yourself. That’s slow drying paint, cretin.

Republicans seem to think "Liberals" reasoned positions are so irrefutable, that rather than quoting them and refuting, Republicans make up silly statements."Liberals seem to think more laws mean criminals won't be criminals anymore." C #188
There are too many errors in that quotation to count."Exactly. Laws don't stop crime, they punish it after the fact." U7
You never did answer the question about the death penalty...
Your confusion with "innocent life" and "murderer" is also noted.
Looks like my second guess, that you never went to college, is true as well. lol
Deals with the devil? You literally just advocated against self defense and for murder. Look in the mirror.
Keep guessing, moron. Obviously, that’s the best you can do.

Regarding the First Amendment, it was assumed that such restrictions would be handled by state and municipal governments. Especially given that the Barron decision ruled that the Bill of Rights didn't apply to the states. The Constitution did grant the federal government the power to protect patents and copyrights due to their role in commerce.
Maybe if you studied better in high school your reading comprehension wouldn't be so abysmal.
That's how the scientific method works. Observe, postulate a theory (guess), then gather evidence to prove or disprove the theory. All evidence thus far points to proof, and nothing so far to disprove.
For example, your lack of knowledge of the scientific method points to an education level no higher than high school, and a low GPA at that. Your belief that stringing insults at your competitors on a public debate forum makes you a winner points to a low IQ and education that stopped at the 8th grade.
