Didn't the Supreme Court recently rule that the President had vast powers when it came to immigration? At least that was what fools like you were bragging about then.

In the first place, courts are not allowed to write laws. In the second place, no president is allowed to give people a certificate saying they can break our laws. THINK

In the first place, asylum seekers are not breaking our laws, Trump did when he prevented them from entering the country. In the second place, and again you show your ignorance, the USSC is there to determine if a law is Constitutional. So, as the Court did in the case of Trumps Muslim ban, the Courts have also declared Obama's actions to be Constitutional. Finally, you lack the ability to "think" so you must ponder on like the plodding ol mule you are.
