They will hold him accountable for what he's done. And Democrats accomplish a lot when they have power. Republicans have had nearly complete control of government, even at the state and local level, for years now and have accomplished nothing but a Russian Tax Cut that is less popular than Obamacare.
Because intentionally misleading the people is not good from the Pres. DUH!
I didn't like when Obama/Bush/Clinton did it, and I don't like when Trump does it.
In fact I am not a big fan on Trump's personality or approach to handling problems. I think he's a whiner, childish, tweets too much, not a great role model for children.
However, I agree with about 80% of his policies and support most of what he's doing politically. I think its sick how the media and DNC and hollywood have lined up to take him down.
So what am I left to do? I have to defend him because the alternative is worst. I can criticize him lying/being dumb with tweets, etc, and still support his policies.
Not a perfect world, wish I didn't have to. But alternative is worse IMHO.

Because that's pretty much it when it comes to policies he's actually enacted, apart from staffing positions with the most unqualified people possible in an effort to undermine the institutions those people are supposed to represent. You support breaking families apart at the border? You support letting oil companies destroy national parks? Calling Nazis "very fine people"? What are these policies you support?

Is the alternative worse? According to what measurement? Because things right now are as bad as they've been since the 2008 Bush Economic Collapse. You got conned into thinking the alternative to this buffoon is worse. It's hard to imagine the country in worse shape if Clinton were President instead of Trump.
The dumb tweets are his policy. So you can't separate the dumb from the policy because they're all the same. One cannot exist without the other in Trumptardia.
It is impossible to imagine the country doing worse with Clinton as President instead of Trump. For once, the deficit wouldn't be back to $1T.

If you consider insuring 25,000,000 people while keeping premium increase at rates below what they were prior to the ACA a failure, then sure I guess...but in doing so, you've set the bar awfully high for Conservatives to contemplate an alternative, which they've failed to do in 8 years because Obamacare was their plan.
