Emmy Awards roasted for mocking Middle America

Based on all the whining I have seen over the years, rural white dudes from middle America are the most over-sensitive, snow flake-ish, wet noodles around - constantly whining about their perceived victimhood and demanding others respect them and treat them in the manner they think they are accustomed to and their privilege affords them.

You'd think that rural, middle class, white dudes are among the most downtrodden and disrespected demographics in the country!!

There are people in this world that are actually real victims, suffer real tragedy, and are subject to real discrimination and harassment - people of color, Syrian refugees, low-income single mothers, transgendered and gay people, disadvantaged communities of all colors.

When you really put it all in context and perspective, the plaintive whines of the rural white dude just ain't cuttin' the mustard!

the flyover country rubes have an ignorant parochial culture, never actually being immersed in culture and diversity, fearful of others not fitting into their monochromatic christian world . The only connection they have to others is the internet, fearful of any change and people not like them, truly an inbred backward culture

I didn't say that they were stupid or uninformed, CO. At least, that's not what I meant.
I said that they have different social and political values--different enough to be incompatible with LA and New York progressive liberals.
We're a nation of people who don't like one another.
