The charge was made by Ford who knew Kavanaugh...and knew Judge whom she identified as a witness and an enabler. One side wants Judge to testify and one side does not.

I just told you several times why it can't be a local PD investigation; because it's not a felony to lie to a police officer. But it is a felony to lie to the FBI. So it's obvious why you don't want the FBI to investigate; Conservatives can't help but lie to the FBI, and they've already seen what lying to the FBI gets you (Papadopolous, Flynn, Manafort, Gates).

If a CURRENT minor (that excludes Kav obviously) requires an investigation, it requires notification to the parents.
For ADULTS, the FBI investigates back to and including their 18th year on earth.
