You realize they will want to investigate her—along with the extent of her political activism, they will want to know who paid for the polygraph, who administered it, is she connected with the DNC or any major liberal political players.

That is, if they want to fully investigate it.

She is accusing him of attempted rape. Why not pursue a criminal case? All she wants is for him to not be on the Supreme Court? She is content with him staying on the DC Circuit Court of Appeals?

So being accused of a crime but not even charged or convicted is enough?

BTW, how do you know what she is or isn't looking for? Have you spoken with her to be able to speak with such authority?

To your last point, if he were found to have "kiddie porn" on his computer. I would want him impeached from his current job, and I would want him to go to prison where he would belong. Just like if he is guilty of attempted rape, he should go to prison.
