Lol. I love that out of all the candidates to oppose they pick him. Of course they are doing their part to extend everything till after the midterms.

ACLU is wrong and the Trump base is wrong.

There is no presumption of innocence in a job interview.

That is for the criminal process and court room.

I actually understand the desire for more investigation, in general, but in this case the alleged incidents happened so long ago that you just have to say enough...your time to be taken seriously is long gone. I understand some women don't want to file a complaint but if you don't this is what you get. Even if they had just filed something, anything, back when something allegedly happened and they could point to that today that would carry some weight with me but they didn't and 36 year old recollections don't cut it with me.

Where or when did the ACLU "say Kavanaugh is guilty until proven innocent?" Or, did tsuke say the ACLU said "Kavanaugh is guilty until proven innocent?"

Don't agree with your point, but regardless, keep in mind that this appointment is a life time seat on the SCOTUS, I think the Founding Fathers would agree that you don't make such an appointment without examining anything that could weigh on the character of the nominee

I think the Founders would say that Kavanaugh is being asked to meet an unreasonable standard.

Well sure they would, rapist entitled aristocrats like the founders felt only they should even have the vote. Women were property, they would wonder what the problem is.

Either that or they might say that 36 year old recollections are so unreliable as to make clearing oneself impossible.
