The FBI is going to find out remodel was in 2008 and on a rental property

They are also going to dig into her high school past. I understand they have her high school yearbook

To bring charges they would need evidence she was lying, not simply unable to find proof of her allegations.

She might have opened something she wishes she hadn't, for sure.

the FBI's main focus will and should be on her.
The fact that she can't remember where the house is, or whos house it was, how she got there or got home afterwards.
I'd like to think they might ask her why she ran into the bathroom instead of downstairs where there were people might be a good question. Surely the two boogie men that just tried to attack you could have forced their way into the bathroom, Dr. Ford?
