The only ones actually being SCREWED are the states that write laws to give away things they can't afford.....so they allow THE OTHER STATES to pay for their political payoffs via deducting state taxes as a "FEDERAL WRITE OFF"....basically making all 50 states pay for their piss poor political decisions. Just like ANCHOR BABIES its time for this socialist (wealth redistribution) to end, it had its run but reality kicks in.

Stupidity like attempting to elect a corrupt socialist to run the state of Fla., who has made it known that Fla. would shortly be one of the states that must PAY STATE INCOME TAXES. Leaving aside Desh is figuring out a year later what the tax reform bill entailed, it is priceless to see her complain about the rich having to pay higher taxes.

You are displaying your ignorance. If your state and local taxes are low, then it won't impact you because you will probably just take the standard deduction.

If you have a problem, I suggest you take it up with your state and local legislators and demand that they lower your taxes.

This is not a thread about middle class prosperity. It is a thread about SALT taxes. You have an opportunity to pay more and you are complaining
