This is Eisenhower's Farewell Addess (1961):


He discussed the challenge of vastly increased military spending at [7:30-9:00]. He was warning about giant industrial corporations gaining undue influence over the government.

People should listen to what he actually said before spouting off.

Every time I hear Trump, or anyone from his cult following, cry out the words "Deep State", what comes to mind, is the Deep State in which their heads are so deeply planted up their own ignorant paranoid asses. Because that is the only "Deep State" that is so clearly obvious to everyone else.

What Donald Trump wants his Cult following to believe is that our Justice Department, the FBI, and the long arm of the law, is a Deep State within itself.

What it really is, is a president who thinks he is above the law, and thinks that the Justice Department and the FBI are his own personal Gustapo to go after and prosecute his political adversaries, or whomever he personally don't like at any given moment.

Donald Trump is the one in a "Deep State" of denial, corruption, cover-up, Obstruction of Justice, and the abuse of power.

Trump cannot shut up. He just keeps blabbing whatever comes to his alleged mind. He was talking to the troops, presumably to tell them he understood them and backed them. But he went off on a Trumpian rant. That is why he should not know top secret stuff, he will just let it rip. He did it with Iraeli secrets early . Absolutely, they are determined NOT to interview Assange. They’re afraid he’ll say the ‘wrong things’.

They, being Mullet and his crew. It’s not a Russian investigation or an investigation into the election of 2016—it’s an investigation of Trump. They were out to investigate him before they had anything to investigate him for.

And it’s such an obvious conclusion to anyone paying attention to what’s gone on the past two plus years.

Pretending Assange doesn’t exist is par for the course. He should have been the first witness interviewed—if they were really interested in what the Russians were doing. It’s a scam of epic proportions.

That's an odd statement. There are many of us on both sides who have been concerned about Russian hacking, particularly our financial institutions, power grid and other infrastructure, and our elections, well before 2016.
