How many does the law allow to enter? On a normal day how many cross over at Tijuana alone not counting Laredo, Brownsville, etc?

meaning how many have been screened but not released into the USA pending a hearing?

Trump is cracking down on "catch and release" since we catch them and release them into the USA
and most don't show up for the actual hearing .
Of those that do get a hearing -according to DHS- only about 9% are actually granted asylum.
Connect the dots. Trump is reducing the screening applications because we are fill up with those being held awaitng a hearing, and we don't want them just released.
