This is just one example of how you foolish followers of your king lose touch with reality. There is a reason why the 2006 law, and its subsequent 2013 version, is called the Security FENCE Act. There is no mention of a wall especially a 30' high wall.

As to your claim that Trumps "facts" were "graceful", or "accurate", is also a farce, and a lie. "Trump made the argument more gracefully, pointing out that wealthy politicians build walls, fences and gates around their property " People climb over those walls all the time. Even on the border they dig under them. So while the "wall" may slow them down they do not stop them. Want to use Israel as an example? 3% of that entire barrier is a wall. And even so the Palestinians dig under it to bring in food, and medical supplies, that the Israelis have blocked from coming in. IMO, and evidently not yours, that is immoral, and is the actual use of barriers as we see in Yemen, Mayanmar, etc.

The wall is simply an ego booster for your lord and master, and even puts the lie to satisfying Trumps "promise" since Mexico is not writing a check, or paying for the wall, in spite of Trumps denials now that such was the case.

Key fact you are omitting is how much of an actual crisis is this Wall. Is a 30ft high reinforced concrete wall the only measure that can address the situation? And even if it is a priority does it merit closing down the Gov't?

Given both sides agree on addressing border security, and have even passed bipartisan legislation to deal with border security, why now is it a "30ft high reinforced concrete wall" or nothing?

The Israeli wall was design to stop terrorism,and has don the job.

KSA doesn't want the Yemen land war to spill into it's territory,and their fence has been effective for that.
It also kept ISIS terrorist from infiltrating from Iraq

Yes there will be some tunneling. But that lets in maybe a few or a couple hundreds per month.

Currently there is something like seven hundred miles of wall on our Southern border. The wall has already been built in the obvious places. when you look at your list of walls they're doing exactly what we have done and no more.

There is a big difference between a bit of fencing and 2000 miles of concrete wall costing upwards of $70 billion.
