The Camera seemed mostly focused on the Republicans. I didn't see much of the Democrats or their response.
Now, I did see the 'Women in White' jump up and down when Trump mentioned 'employment is up for women'. Also when he mentioned all the new women in the House. Made me think they simply have a one track mind. (I don't want to describe it any more than that)

That is not unusual for a SOTU speech. They hold the stage for an hour and a half, while getting long applause from people who are honoring the office, not Mr. Bluster. If you cannot do well in that setup, you are in trouble.
He blundered with the investigation crap. Too late Donald, it is already going on.
A few years ago, a president introduced a "hero" to great applause. Trump introduces a classroom of people. Who does not applaud for a 1o-year-old beating cancer or for a Holocaust survivor? He is abusing that technique.
It was weak with no real programs or policies.
Trump talked about all the women in congress. Did he note what side of the aisle they sat on and acknowledge that he had nothing to do with it?

He outright lied about crime in El Paso and the wall being built there. Just the reverse. Crime ticked up after the wall was built.

Nope. Crime all over the country has dropped since about 1993. The low was just about when the wall was built and it increased a bit.
