I have been hoping more women in congress and the presidency would make us less aggressive as a nation. But Thatcher made me wonder. She was a nasty bitch, who may have been that way to send a message to the men not to underestimate her. But she was not what i hoped for. But I still hope women will save us from the tetosterone driven nation.

Living in the U.S, I'm not as familiar with the intricacies of Thatcher's reign, but I certainly remember her being a bit of a hawk.

I think times were different back then. I believe female leaders felt they had to prove their toughness in a 'man's world', so they were more aggressive. I have much more hope for women in govt. today, especially in this country.

The ultimate question remains:

Will they succumb to big money the way old white male whores do?
