Not at all. Cohen said there is a lot more Trump has to answer for. Trump is not getting out of this. Cohen's payoffs go directly to Trump. Trump lied about his wealth to banks. That is bank fraud. Trump committed lots of state transgressions. He cannot escape his trail of perfidy.
Try writing a sentence that's more clear and refers to the topic, which is Cohen.
Why hasn’t Trump got caught lying to Congress? Because he hasn’t testified yet.

He did it to cover for Donald Trump!
Now he was invited back to tell the truth, and if he lied under oath again to whatever questions he was asked today, he risks losing all of his plea deals and will be looking at the full 20 years?
