Question? Is it the duty of the Chief Law Enforcement Officer/Commander in Chief in the land to make new laws or enforce preexisting laws? Unlike BHO...….laws are made to be enforced by the executive branch not created void of REPRESENTATION.

You see, the FAA chooses to ground planes, it is not law that they ground plains. They are mandated to make a decision for the well being of Society... They could have chosen to let the buyer beware and let the planes fly... or they could have chosen to use government power to ground them..... It's quite important and almost all of us use it. That's why we insist on safety regulations and holding corporations (and govt. too) responsible when they fail.
Its not SOCIAL PROGRAMS that are representative of the PEOPLE.....that actually provide a humanitarian service.....its the FAILED SOCIAL PROGRAMS that have accomplished nothing but the waste of tax payer monies in purchasing votes for those who gladly would rather take a handout instead of a job. Its a simple truth. YOU CAN NOT BETTER THE WORKING MAN BY BRINGING DOWN THE MAN WHO WRITES THE CHECKS. The federalist papers were the companion documents explaining why the Bill of Rights and the Constitution were drafted in a specific language. The federalist papers where presented to the STATES/PEOPLE before they ratified THE LAW that is the Bill of Rights (As in states bill of rights)…...thus, the federalist papers must have been accepted before ratification was possible. More liberal logic? Federalist 10 explains just why Article four, Section four, Clause one....exists in the Constitution. And what is explained?
