I just watched Mayor Pete on Rachael Madow. He supports a 'National Service' for one year for everyone. He noticed the Military is more composed of rural and poor people than the Elites. He has noticed a 'splitting' of America along those lines. He claims it would be good for 'Social Cohesion'. I think he has a Good Point.
