The purpose of the monuments is commemorative and celebratory. They were not erected for their historical qualities. It is ridiculous for America to allow these things to stand on our sovereign soil.

The 10th Amendment doesn't mention state's rights, because only people have those. Governments have powers, and people like you tend to mistake the concepts of federalism and shared powers/sovereignty with the notion that a state or municipality has rights.
