You want to glorify treason.

You are another one who wants to glorify treason. This is a good idea. The urge to erase the past is totalitarian. Yet what Pol Pot did, by re-making the world and proclaiming Year Zero, is now the default setting of every social-justice nitwit.
Those monuments are glorifying treason. That is their sole purpose. You continue to glorify stupidity.Your post glorifies stupidity. No one is glorifying treason, and you know it.

The Constitution does not mention state's rights.
In a museum (and they represent the history of a different nation). If they are going to take-up space paying homage to the great and wonderful CSA, then, they may as well be fucking dynamited.
Who is celebrating and worshiping the Confederacy? Who cherishes their memory?
If, for the same reasons (succession and slavery) they would rise up again, I would fight for the North, just as my great grandfather did.
That said, why, all of a sudden are some people getting their panties in a wad over a few monuments? I live near Gettysburg and have
been there many times, there are a number of monuments representing both the North and South, as well as Civil War reenactments. Yes,
it is a sad part of our history, but still part of our history. I see those monuments as a reminder of our past, with the hopes it never happens
again.
Clearly you are too stupid to understand that a war memorial pays homage to those that died fighting that war. It does not pay homage to (In this case the CSA) either side.
"war memorial
noun [ C ] uk /ˈwɔː məˌmɔː.ri.əl/ us /ˈwɔːr məˌmɔːr.i.əl/
i
A large structure, usually made of stone, that is built in honor of those people who died in a particular war"

The Vietnam war was a huge divisive war that had the country split. But we have a memorial to those who died in that war I guess by your asinine standards it should be destroyed also. What a stupid asshole you are.
The Taliban, the radical Democrat Socialists and ISIS tear down historical monuments and statues.
Book burning next?

Get a Grip. I've already damned Hillary to hell for fomenting Libya.
It doesn't?????? Gee I wonder what the 10th Amendment means.
"Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
https://www.archives.gov/founding-docs/bill-of-rights-transcript
"The final of the 10 amendments that constitute the Bill of Rights, the Tenth Amendment was inserted into the Constitution largely to relieve tension and to assuage the fears of states’ rights advocates, who believed that the newly adopted Constitution would enable the federal government to run roughshod over the states and their citizens."
https://www.britannica.com/topic/Tenth-Amendment
They are not war memorials just because you are some corrupt judge claim them to be. People sympathetic to the cause of the CSA have never been known for their honesty or virtue.
Great. Now read the Tenth Amendment about twenty more times until you find a mention of these mythical state's rights.

Who died and made you the deciding factor what a statue represents? You really are an egotistical asshole. You're even more egotistical than Trump. LOL
WOW the egotistical asshole is now claiming to know more about the constitution than constitutional scholars and the SCOTUS.
