The 1950s were good, but not that good unless we believe Life with Father and Leave it to Beaver.


The only thing that is certain is change.. so we need to make today and tomorrow the best it can be.

We can do it if we have the will to do so .. but really we can't go backwards to Jim Crowe.. nor do I think most of us want to.

That makes no sense. What I'm talking about is taking us back to the '50s socially, when blacks and women were 2nd class citizens.

Blacks and women helped us win WWII. I'd say without their contributions to the war effort, it would have been much more difficult.
 
As a white man I am thankful for that. It's a start to a new dimension in creative bullshit.
Nothing will change since humanity writ large is a cluster fuck on consciousness.

Turns out no particular race has a unique insight on shared stupidity.
