Trump's really really really really really really bad day gets FAR worse

how has trump shat upon the constitution?

First, with his wall phobia, he is trying to do an end run on the appropriation power of Congress. That funding was denied, yet he is tring to pull funds from another source.

He is doing everything in his power to subvert the oversight functions of Congress.

The law is clear on turning over his tax returns when requested by Congress.

Want to get into the emoluments shit?

The law requiring the IRS to turn over tax returns when requested does not require probable cause.

Why don’t you Trumptards try to educate yourselves?
Because if Hannity cited the Revenue Act of 1924, they couldn't continue their conspiracy nonsense.

Grasping at straws and falling flat on your face again. Truthfully, in your case, that is a very short fall.

The law says they are when requested by Congress. The law says the IRS SHALL turn over ANYONE’S returns. He isn’t exempted.

Numbskull

The constitution says: the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

You're applauding the abuse of power.

Does it matter if the fraud happened with the federal tax returns, or the state? Aren't both felonies? And he can't get pardoned for state-level crimes? Is that how that works?
Hopefully, the state returns have information that isn't redacted from the Fed returns, that shows the crime. In that case he'll be liable for bank fraud, and Fed/State tax fraud as well.

Allegations by whom, exactly? Are you seriously suggesting Congress has unlimited, unchecked power to harass sitting presidents?
For the most part. This is the first time a POTUS is also a criminal who is trying his best to cover his tracks.

I noticed you dodged my question. Allegations by WHOM? This is harrassment, pure and simple. What makes you think this strategy can't be used against Democrats in the future?
trump could have released his returns during the campaign. He refuses, after promising to do so. He brought this upon himself. He's the first person in decades to have so many conflicts of interest. It's no wonder he's obstructing justice.

LMAO. Still refusing to Google 'Revenue Act of 1924'? Are you waiting for Hannity to mention it? You might be waiting a very long time.
