Furthermore, the OP says that blacks are 91% more likely to be stopped; it doesn't say they are 91% more likely to be guilty of a driving offense. You're just trying to spin this report to fit your preconceived notions about blacks.
You don't understand the difference between race and ethnicity. The table shows both. It shows that Hispanics or Latinos are responsible for 18% of arrests and non-Hispanic for 81.9%. You are the one being dishonest or stupid about how the statistics were compiled. Also, Hispanics can be of any race, not just white.

The problem I see on this forum is that precious few conservatives admit that racism is a real thing in our society. Somebody posts an article or video where a black got bad treatment from anybody and the cons immediately jump in with excuses to justify that bad treatment. "He shouldn't have run, put his hands in his pocket, reached for something, talked back, barbecued in public blah blah blah." The incident of two men getting cuffed in Starbucks because they were waiting for a friend to arrive is a perfect example of what I'm talking about.
I believe those cop shows are only on cable and I don't have it. I don't know what black community "cultural issues" have to do with black drivers getting stopped 91% more often. It sounds like a white community issue to me.

It really is stupid of you to insist blacks don't commit more driving violations than whites. The 91% is prima facie evidence that blacks commit 91% more driving violations. And, anyone who knows anything about blacks -- anyone who isn't a moron -- knows blacks commit more driving violations, even without seeing that 91%.
Hispanics are not white. They're shorter than whites. They're darker skinned than whites. In the crime and IQ spectrum, they fall between whites and blacks. Just because you and your fellow libs try hard to be morons doesn't make your claim valid that hispanics are mostly white people. Libs like to call them white to drag down white statistics. EVEN STILL, counting hispanics as whites, blacks still commit more crimes than whites, by your own numbers.
They are the FBI - Department of Justice numbers so if you have a problem, take it up with them. The numbers show more black arrests for murder, robbery and gambling. Everything else is white-dominated. Furthermore, there is no "prima facie" evidence that blacks commit more driving violations or you would be linking up.

Blacks get pulled over more often in every state and in every predominantly black city, either there's a massive conspiracy that even black Democrats are in on to oppress blacks or you're a racist moron (ding, ding, ding). When someone gets pulled over, the rational assumption is that they broke the law.

Black drivers are 91% more likely than whites to be pulled over by police, a report from the Missouri Attorney General has found.
The disparity is the highest in the 19 years the vehicle stops report has been conducted, Scott Decker, one of the people who prepared the report, told CNN.
African Americans compose 10.9% of Missouri's driving age population, but 19.2% of all vehicle stops in 2018, according to the report released May 31.
The report examined 1,539,477 vehicle stops from 596 law enforcement agencies in the state.
People of other races -- including whites, Hispanics, Asians and Native Americans -- were stopped at rates "well below" their portion of the driving-age population, the report said.
