Sorry rightys but the world economy is interconnected in many ways. When we keep the oil flowing through the gulf, we do it for our own benefit. American has 800 military bases across the globe to stretch our military reach. We fought wars to protect American businesses. We are the biggest exploiter in modern times. America is not going to withdraw into isolationism. Corporations are international. Our interests are globular.
