Even the extremist LAT admitted that in this article from a year ago. The constitution didn't change since 1950 but the judges did and now they have banned such questions. The Constitution doesn’t specify the questions that must be asked in the census. That’s left to Congress and the president, who have sought information on a range of issues — including, for instance, how many households had radios in 1930.

A citizenship question was first added in the 1890 census, during a period of intense political debate over immigration, and it was removed after the 1950 census. But the question resurfaced in 1970 in the new “long form” questionnaire, which was sent to one in 38 households.

There is NOTHING whatsoever in the CONSTITUTION about abortions, medical or otherwise, but OFF YOU GO TO THE COURTS 40, 50, 60 times a year!!

So really, what the fuck IS your point?

1880 Census had questions about where YOU were born and where your Parents were born. Very helpful (like on Ancestry) when you are tracing your lineage.

Yes - the federal constitution never mentions abortion which means, by the 10A, it should be left to the states.
