$15 Minimum Wage Sparks A Jobs Recession In New York

Rich people mismanaging all the money is what causes recessions.

"New" economics. Of course, there is nothing new about blaming the wealthy for all the problems. They have less votes and our envy wants to blame them for our lack of equal success.

I've seen this before as well. So either folks believe this is false or believe a higher minimum wage is worth the job loss that would occur.

The CBO, in its crackerjack predictions, says there is a two-thirds chance the job loss could be between 0 and 3.7 million.

Rich people mismanaging all the money is what causes recessions.

Poor people demanding that the rest of us support them and believing we owe them something is harming the country far more than your false beliefs about rich people.

... But those massive wage hikes come at a painful cost that backers refuse to acknowledge. They kill jobs. Just like they're doing right now in New York City. In just the last three months of last year, 4,000 workers lost jobs at full-service restaurants, Bureau of Labor Statistics data show. By the end of last year, there were fewer restaurant workers in the city than in November 2016. Even though overall employment climbed by more than 163,000.
Terri4Trump, NY city's economy has In aggregate net benefitted from their $15 minimum rate. USA's median wage's purchasing power indicates the financial condition of USA's middle-income bracket's earners. If the purchasing power of our federal minimum wage rate's insufficient, then our median wage rate cannot be sufficient.

H.R. 582, “Raise the wage act” is a good bill ...
Democrats in 2020 will run successfully on this issue.
