It's the law. If you do not want immigration laws enforced, perhaps we shouldn't enforce the Civil Rights Laws.

When our own legal American citizens break our laws, families are separated. Should illegals be treated better than our own citizens...of course the radical Democrat Socialist's answer is YES.

Scowlwoman actually makes a valid point. Though she does get it wrong as you can hire independent contractors or independent employees and not have to pay workers comp etc. Not all jobs can be independent, but most can.
