Looks to me like there's two completely different sets of rules...and clearly different "definitions"... when it comes to defining "racist" here...how shocking, right?;)

You noticed that too?

On one hand, a racist is one that is making a compositional error involving people as the class and a genetic trait as a property,
on the other hand a racist is someone that says 'white' or 'black'.

When someone denies that an offensive racist word or term is racist and offensive, he is pretending that using it is not hurtful to those the word(s) target.
I'm sure you've seen ppl here call each other "cunt"... and then argue that it's just a word. Do you agree with that? Does it bother you to be called that word? What if someone in real life called you that? Do you feel like since they're "just words," you'd be good with calling a woman you see in the store wearing a burka a "Muzzie" or "Muslime"? Would you call out to your server in a restaurant, "Hey, nigga, get me some more Coke"?

Racism. Why are you being so racist? It is YOU building these racist models, not me.

Talk about inversion fallacy.
Fallacy fallacy.
This is a typical statement by a racist -- "No, YOU'RE the racist for pointing out that *I* am."

You need some new material. This schtick is a fail.
Argument of the stone fallacy. Redefinition fallacy (logic->void). You are being racist for assuming the word only means a derogatory form, building such a model with it, and accusing others of that model.

Where did Into the Night say the word is never offensive or ever defend using it? Where did I say words are never offensive?

Please show me, because I missed it.

I guess you can't answer the question?

The word 'niger' (sometimes spelled with two 'g's) simply means 'black'. It stems from the word 'nigrum', which means the same thing. It may not even refer to a human being at all. It is simply another way of saying 'black' (in Latin). Some form of the word exists throughout the Mediterranean that simply means 'black', and may refer to people, just as we often refer to Europeans as 'white'. This is still true today.

It was used in a derogatory form to refer to slaves, and then to black people in general, particularly in the U.S.; mostly by people with small minds that have no idea of the meaning of the word beyond its derogatory use.

By building only the racist model and accusing one of saying 'black' as a racist, ThatOwlWomen herself has made a racist comment. The same thing happens when Trump is accused the same way. The one making the accusation is the actual racist for they must build a racist model to do it.

Racism is a compositional error fallacy. It is a logical fallacy, and a particularly ugly one, since it is typically used to denigrate people to something less than human. This fallacy occurs when one improperly extends the property of a class across the entire class or to the class itself. When the class is people, that is 'bigotry'. When the property being extended is a genetic trait, that is 'racism'.

Well, Mujer de Buho (is that racist) you (and the radical Democrat Socialists) appear to be obsessed with the color of a person’s skin.

From my perspective, it is being used by the left to silence the right or to score some kind of silly points against anyone on the right. I use “radical Democrat Socialists” because it is an accurate depiction of that group. They don’t even deny that there are that. They relish it.

Acknowledged that there are people who judge by the color of the skin, both black and white.I am married to a Latina, a minority, and I have heard those judgements. But only very rarely.

There is no need for an excuse because the Tweets were not racist. He said what most people believe, if you hate this country and want to fundamentally CHANGE our country, you should leave. I am one of those people
Why did Omar leave Somalia for America to change our country?

Most people have moved on from race. You should too, Mujer de Buho. (Is that racist)?

Bingo. You have it exactly right.

Ah yes, the good old "we live in a post-racial society." Let's see you walk into a gathering of, for instance, black people -- at a game, church, etc. -- and announce that. Bring bandaids.

BTW, when you were 10 yrs old, did your parents give you a say on where the family should live? I bet Omar's didn't either.

A very nice black family happens to live on my street. He agrees with me about people like you.

Stop being racist.

Islamists have understood well how to couple Muslim anti-Semitism with the American Left’s vague notion of “social justice.” They have succeeded in couching their agenda in the progressive framework of the oppressed versus the oppressor. Identity politics and victimhood culture also provide Islamists with the vocabulary to deflect their critics with accusations of “Islamophobia,” “white privilege” and “insensitivity.” A perfect illustration was the way Ms. Omar and her allies were able to turn a House resolution condemning her anti-Semitism into a garbled “intersectional” rant in which Muslims emerged as the most vulnerable minority in the league table of victimhood.

When someone denies that an offensive racist word or term is racist and offensive,
It need not be a "racist" or "offensive" term at all... Into The Night did a good job explaining the history of the word. YOU are the one who is arguing that the derogatory model for the word is the ONLY model. YOU are the one who is being racist.

he is pretending that using it is not hurtful to those the word(s) target.
Then maybe they shouldn't be incorrectly assuming that the derogatory usage of the term is the ONLY usage of the term.

I'm sure you've seen ppl here call each other "cunt"...
Yes, I have.

and then argue that it's just a word. Do you agree with that?
Yes, I do. It IS a word.

Does it bother you to be called that word?
No, it doesn't. I can't control what other people choose to say; I can only control how I react to it.

What if someone in real life called you that?
It's already happened to me plenty of times.

Do you feel like since they're "just words," you'd be good with calling a woman you see in the store wearing a burka a "Muzzie" or "Muslime"? Would you call out to your server in a restaurant, "Hey, nigga, get me some more Coke"?
I'm not obsessed with skin color like you are. I'm not obsessed with political correctness like you are.

So YOU say it isn't, therefore it isn't? Hummmm...

WRONG again; are you EVER right? I am saying it because the EVIDENCE of the tweet is OBVIOUS to anyone with a brain. Apparently that excludes you. But you are welcome to point what part was an "attack" and what was "racist." Give a shot so I can mop the floor with your head once again.

Saying the N word is not inherently racist is fighting words. Don't go there. Anyone who tries that being racist.
I wrote honkey because it's basically funny and to mock the absurdity of parrot guy. That is inherently racist. If I say otherwise I am lying.

Why can't you people be fucking honest for once...ever. Breaking out a dusty tome to defend the N word. Please. YUGE eyeroll.
He knows what he is doing.

You asking people to be honest is like Obama claiming he didn't lie about Obamacare. STFU you partisan asshat.

Nothing that Trump has done is "racist." Nothing he tweeted was "racist." You leftist fools diminish the meaning of words by abusing them constantly in a desperate effort to shut off debate.

We Jews spit on you rightwing goyim

Jews should rejoice at the fact that Christian Europe is losing its identity as a punishment for what it did to us for the hundreds of years were in exile there," the rabbi explained as the ethical reason for favoring Muslims, quoting shocking descriptions from the Rishonim literature (written by leading rabbis who lived during the 11th to 15th centuries) about pogroms and mass murders committed by Christians against Jews.

"A now, Europe is losing its identity in favor of another people and another religion, and there will be no remnants and survivors from the impurity of Christianity, which shed a lot of blood it won't be able to atone for."

Well, Mujer de Buho, my family did not emigrate from a third word country like Somalia to America and then demand that America CHANGE.

If you don’t think that the lives of all minorities have improved, greatly, then you are not paying attention.

Note the unemployment rate for blacks and Hispanics, the lowest in history.

The radical, Democrat Socialists keep racism alive, for political gain.

trump was born in America and his campaign and presidency are built around his demand that America changes, so I think your call-out of the squad is misleading, Mr. Earl.

Most people seek public office because they want something to change.
