Every question reads as a “hey, we’re just looking for some help here,” but for lawyers capable of reading between the lines, every request carries with it the implied threat that “we already know you didn’t do the thing we’re about to ask.” The letter points to information garnered from other materials — including a letter from the firm of KaiserDillon, who longtime readers might remember as former Above the Law columnists — and it’s clear the senators have stockpiled more where that came from."

Trump does not vet anyone. The judges Trump picks were selected by the Federalist society lists. Trump had no idea who Kavanaugh was.

With all due respect, there are no real "leads" to follow....I'm sure you've followed this as it unfolded and know that...as much as you may not want it to be so...
 
I was just pointing out this week that a real FBI investigation never took place.

No, I have not followed up on this since it was ramrodded through. But I'm learning fast and trying to get caught up.

I think the OP is wrong. It doesn't sound like any new investigation is being pursued by the FBI. If anything, it is an investigation by members of the Judiciary Committee.

But it does sound like there should be one.

A criminal investigation. Kav should be the subject of a criminal investigation.

We have a credible witness who has testified to a rape.

That should be investigated and brought to trial if necessary.

A judge is not above the law.

there's nothing to pursue...No credible witnesses. ...and it wasn't "ramrodded through"...are we talking about the same thing here? CBF's multiple delusions "presented" to attempt to ruin the life of now Judge Kavanaugh?

I did the research. The investigation was thorough and complete. What I did find was that you didn't like the results so you think it's not valid.
