They refused. They knew other victims were ready to come forward, but they simply refused to speak with them for the reason I mentioned above.
I though Putin was devoting his attention to Harris?
Putin and I both know Kav will never be impeached.
Why don't those victims go to the police and make a formal accusation and file a complaint?

Right. So what would be the point of continuing an FBI investigation?
He could be charged with assault with intent to rape which was a felony in 1982 with no statute of limitations. Why don't the women come forward and file a complaint? Is it because they have no evidence?
Is Kavanaugh "behaving"?
Any federal official can be impeached for anything a majority of the House will vote for.
You and I (and Putin) all know Kavanaugh will never be impeached much less a 2/3 Senate vote to convict.
The only officials to ever be impeached and convicted and removed from office have all been federal judges. One of those is now a Democratic Congressman from Florida who was removed for bribery.

There was nothing non credible about the witness. And that's just one witness. We never heard from all. The investigation was limited. Leads were not followed. We should have answers. We need a through investigation, and the testimony indicates a criminal investigation should be conducted. We have evidence of a crime. No man is above the law.

He still will not be impeached. I thought Putin was controlling our elections? Either that means Democrats can't win or if they can it means Putin is not controlling anything.
There is no evidence. There is a 30-year old accusation. Let the accusers come forward and file formal complaints and let the police do a thorough investigation with no restraints. Either you are interested in justice or political smear.
