Trump Can’t Beat Obama on the Economy

After Inflation, Workers Did Better Under Obama
Private worker average hourly earnings, year-over-year percent change: Obama’s last 30 months versus Trump’s first 30 months.
Obama average: +1.5%
Trump average: +0.7%

I wonder if you are intelligent enough to realize we are talking about their economic performance, not the election.

Let's look at the economics, shall we?

Trump's best annual GDP growth: 2.5% (2018)
Obama's best annual GDP growth: 2.88% (2015)

Trump's best quarterly GDP growth: 4.2% (Q2 2018)
Obama's best quarterly GDP growth: 5.1% (Q2 2014)

You were saying?

Shut the fuck up whiny cunt, the DJI is at an all-time record. Obama's economy was almost entirely supported by trillions of QE dollars, how easy it is to forget that!!

Shut the fuck up whiny cunt, the DJI is at an all-time record.

The DJIA has grown by less than 7% in the 20 months since the Russia Tax Cut started.

That's the worst market growth since 2008.

Obama's economy was almost entirely supported by trillions of QE dollars,

And Trump's economy is entirely supported by $2.5T in debt from the tax cuts.

You all promised to eliminate the deficit and debt, remember?

How's that working out?

Also, why do you have your panties in a twist about QE? You should love QE because it's trickle down economics in its most base form; handing money to banks and the wealthy in order to loan out to others after keeping a cut for themselves. That's your guiding economic philosophy, isn't it?

The U.S. central bank took unprecedented steps to lower interest rates even further. The Fed launched quantitative easing (QE), ultimately buying trillions of dollars of government bonds and mortgage-backed securities.

Between 2008 and 2015, the Fed’s balance sheet, its total assets, ballooned from $900 billion to $4.5 trillion.

Read more of this inconvenient truth at the link.

And let us not forget what was handed to Obama from a Republican predecessor as compared to what Obama handed Trump.

“4, 5 and maybe even 6 percent.”

We all remember Trump making these claims.

But none of us ever saw that.

Obama's legacy is the PPACA, but this downplays his skilled guidance which brought us out of the worst recession since the Great Depression.

Good job, President Obama!

Failed promises, President Trump. Failed promises.

Like the one about completely paying off the federal debt by 2024. Instead, we are on track to rack up trillions over the debt he said he would eliminate. As a matter of fact, we are already trillions over what he began with a rising at an unsustainable rate. The deficit is nearly a trillion. Debt hawks should be rightly displeased with Trump. And I am. But Republican debt hawks were only debt hawks when it suited them. As long as they have a Republican in office they don't care. What hypocrites.

It's worse than hypocrisy as hypocrisy is too tame a word. At this point it is just pure evil, sociopathy and greed.

What the fuck is the Russian Tax Cut, more ordure from the bullshit central. Again I notice how you studiously avoid any reference to QE, but then that's what bullshitters ignore anything inconvenient or embarrassing.

I talked about QE right here you stupid, lazy fuck.

Maybe you missed it because you're too busy sticking your head up your own ass.

You should LOVE QE since it's trickle down economics in its most base form; handing trillions to the wealthy and banks for them to loan out to everyone else at high rates, after keeping a significant cut for themselves.

What's not to love about that for you?

And now to update the always amusing "arsecheese" on the facts; I will use pictures because arsecheese lacks the IQ to comprehend anything he reads. Only willful idiots with an IQ below room temperature want to return top the malaise and massive deficits of the Obama years.

]

Amazing, he returns with the same lame political "explanation" of economics, as I said, always amusing

And once again, for "truthie," the facts;

The economy is booming.

President Trump will win on this booming economy.

There’s a year and three and one half months left in his first term and four more on his second term.

The Trump years will be remembered for his superb steering of the economic ship.

That's not what his approval rating says.

He'll lose despite the economy, that he has no control over.
