Obama literally did everything to give the Russians whatever they wanted. He even went so far as to attack Romney for daring to suggest that Russia is our #1 geopolitical threat. Every problem pertaining to Russia, from meddling in Syria, annexing Crimea, or election meddling, is largely a product of Obama's collusion.

Do people really think that badly? The interference for Trump's benefit had just started when Obama was packing up his 8 years. He went face to face and told Putin he knew what he was doing and to stop it, several times. Obama knew that getting involved too deeply and publicly would look like he was working in an official capacity to help Hillary. Russian election shenanigans predated 2016 by at least one election cycle. Obama assumed that it simply wouldn't have any effect in 2016. Which is correct, given no actual evidence exists to the contrary, in spite of daily leftist lies claiming Russian meddling threw the election.

Syria is a long time Russian client state . any "meddling" there was not done by Russia.

It's true to his credit Obama wanted better Russian relations, but he didn't work at it and ignored Putin at meetings

Then his own state dept (Vicki Nuland) undermined it as well with MEDDLING in the Euromaidan
