There was no consideration for the AG to formally recuse himself from the matter, the official said, and no consideration of the appointment of a special counsel.

And the DOJ's Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) opinion that a sitting president could not be indicted did not play a role in the DOJ's review, the officials said.”

Trump was shown guilty of 10 cases of obstruction. 6 of his campaign staff and helpers are in jail. Are you OK with that?
