Nightmare Is Over,' EPA Repeals WOTUS

Prior to 18 months ago wingnuts had never heard of the Clean Water Rule.

To this day none of them could even articulate what it even is in any credible and knowledgeable way, nor do any of them actually know anything about Wotus, the cw rule, or the CWA._.without googling and plagiarizeing someone else's words.

All they really know is that some rightwing blog ordered them to believe the clean water rule is a nightmare

Never see that coal ash settling pond breech a couple years ago? Right next to a river. Same applies to your farmer John’s waste settling ponds.
