republican hero judge Napolitano says it’s a crime.

Judge Nap does not get a vote.

“A Justice Department official told reporters that the DOJ spoke to "knowledgeable people in the White House" but their determination that there was no criminal violation was primarily based off a memorandum of the call, released by the White House. Questions regarding the Trump Administration's hold-up of military aid was not a factor in their investigation at all, the official explained, saying they see that as more of a foreign policy issue.

Further explaining the DOJ's handling of the referral, the official said the criminal division concluded that the information they had gathered did not amount to a criminal violation of campaign finance law because nothing "of value" was clearly promised or exchange as a result of the call.

The official said there was no disagreement among the prosecutors in the criminal division, even among career prosecutors, that the call did not amount to a potential campaign finance violation. The Assistant AG for the Criminal Division made the "final call" to conclude the matter, and said Attorney General William Barr was "not involved in the analysis by the criminal division." There was no consideration for the AG to formally recuse himself from the matter, the official said, and no consideration of the appointment of a special counsel.

And the DOJ's Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) opinion that a sitting president could not be indicted did not play a role in the DOJ's review, the officials said.”

It’s a mistake to conflate a request for an investigation with anything other than—a request for an investigation lol. You have to make a leap to get to anything like political aide for a political campaign.

Zelensky: I would also like to thank you for your great support in the area of defense. We are ready to continue to cooperate for the next steps, specifically we are almost ready to buy more Javelins from the United· States for defense purposes.

Drumpf: I would like you to do us a favor though

Ooof.

The Republican hero judge Nappy says what Trump admitted to is a crime.

"1. December 2018: Napolitano claimed that Trump’s former lawyer, Michael Cohen, had implicated him in a “felony.” (The Southern District of New York investigated and declined to initiate any further prosecutions.)

2. January 2019: Napolitano told Shepard Smith that Mueller would be able to show “collusion” and “conspiracy” because “the campaign had a connection to Russian intelligence.” The Mueller report found no collusion.

3. February 2019: Napolitano claimed that a phone call by the president to Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker was “obstruction of justice.” Mueller’s report, released a month later, did not allege any obstruction.

4. April 2019: Napolitano went on an extended rant claiming that Trump had obstructed justice many times — claiming, falsely, that Trump had ordered his aides “to break federal law.” Napolitano called President Trump’s conduct “immoral … criminal … defenseless … [and] condemnable.” In fact, Trump complied fully with Mueller.

5. May 2019: Napolitano claimed that Mueller’s press conference meant that he believed Trump committed crimes and would have charged him if he were allowed to. Mueller clarified in July that that was not, in fact, the reason."

Yeah, the moron has made similar claims before and been wrong.

0-5 and Garud once again takes the bait.

I wonder what Garud's hero Michael Avenatti thinks about this... oh wait, that lying crook is likely heading to jail.

Poor Garud... always picking liars to look up to.

Indeed.

The "judge" doesn't get to rule.

Yes, when he was echoing your own thoughts & feelings....

Now that he is talking reality he is used to be.:evilnod:

You don't really need him anyway, you have your own thoughts & ideas, you're always right in your own mind, why mess up a good thing......

nappy is an idiot. where is this quid pro quo?
even saying "look into Biden" wasn't done because he's a political rival -it was because of the Biden claims he alone got the prosecutor fired, bcause of the conflict of interest

The judge cannot point to a high crime or misdemeanor

If I had a mind to I guess I could find a few quotes of you & others praising him w/ various accolades, but I will leave that for someone else to have fun w/..

If you actually listen to what the "JUDGE" said, IT DOES NOT MATTER... The crime, according to the FOX JUDGE, isn't in accepting, or even comprehending that offer, but in the offering of it, which clearly trump did........

"Do me a favor", & watch him yourself.:dunno: I am not an expert in the law, neither are you, but he is...

I heard him -no I'm not an expert but the judge is too facile -why is simply asking a favor a crime?
The only way it is if it's a corrupt favor ( quid pro quo) and there is none -so Nappy is full of Schiff

From FOX NEWS Judge Andrew Napolitano told Fox News host Shepard Smith on Tuesday that the president effectively confessed to a crime when he admitted he asked Ukraine to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter.

Napolitano, a Fox News senior judicial analyst, had framed President Trump's earlier statement as an admission that he tried to "solicit aid for his campaign from a foreign government."

“So that to which the president has admitted is in and of itself a crime,” Smith followed. Napolitano responded, "yes," and claimed it was the same crime former Special Counsel Robert Mueller investigated as part of the long-running Russia investigation.
