Just remember...there will be no lifeboats. No re-branding. No "tea party".

What are you willing to negotiate? What are you going to offer China to get them to quit stealing our IP?

Everyone does this at a certain stage in their development. Your stealing from us in the Nineteenth Century was out of this world. No good trying to bully people, surely?

In my opinion the real issue is not Trump.

A lot of us knew he would be incompetent, arrogant, uninformed, and totally outclassed by other world leaders.

The real issue is the Republican Party and movement conservatism.

Almost to a man and woman, they dropped to bended knee and planted lip locks on Trump's flabby ass. Making him one of the most beloved leaders of the conservative movement in our lifetimes.

Trump is a reflection of conservatism, I do not think he is an aberration. And I do not necessarily think conservatives were connned into voting for Trump. Conservatives do not care about policy, they do not care about right and wrong, they don't even care about patriotism and loyalty to country. They just want someone who will "stick it" to liberals, someone who will make Evince feel sad, someone who they perceive will provide the remedy to the impotence they feel in their own lives.
To that point, this is nothing new. Grover Norquist has been pressuring mainstream Republicans for a long time. Other Teabaggers have been holding the reins of about 1/3 of the Republican caucus.

These fringe players have indeed created a lot of turmoil not only in the party, but in Congress as well. Republicans have been forbidden from working across the aisle since Obama's inauguration.

But...trump takes this to a whole new level. Prior to trump, the aforementioned fringe put pressure on Republicans to move farther right, and work to decimate Democrats. They weren't, however, grossly incompetent. They knew what they were doing, and didn't care about destroying the country in order to take back power.

This came to a head in '16. They too, knew that trump was an incompetent fool. They just didn't care. This will mark the end of the movement that had been gaining traction in the Republican party. There is another Blue wave that dwarfs the one created by Bush/Cheney.

What happened to your plan to carve the letter T on all trump voter's foreheads?

I wouldn't worry too much about LV. He's made all sort of claims about what he could do yet refused to come to a location where he was given the road to travel, the distance to travel, and the direction to travel.

Now, you fucking miserable "conservatives", spare me your "family values" bullshit. Match it or shut the fuck up. You are the party of Trump, not conservative values. You're nothing but a bunch of brainless lemmings. The voice of true conservatives has been robbed by Trump and his brain dead followers.

Very tragic turn for this country.
Most trumpers never got involved in politics before he showed up. Through dog whistles, and overt promises aimed at a latent hatred brewing under the surface, he motivated about 20% of the nation to come out and vote.

They aren't conservative, and they aren't even political.

You mean like a large number of blacks that coincidentally voted in 2008 and 2012 yet refused to show in 2016?

The numbers don't support your claim.

I can't see anything conservative about Trump: I think all they saw in him was, given their intense contempt for ordinary people, a method to get the mugs to vote for their label. Have they got any real benefit by that? It seems to me he's made everything far less worth conserving.
What they 'got', was control over the entire govt in an election that had serious ramifications in society for decades to come.

trump will be gone, but the damage is done. Republicans made a deal with the devil, and are comfortable in the knowledge that the nation's courts are stacked in their favor.

I agree. Much better than bombs and blood don’t you think?

Think about this. Because of Trump, Iran’s attacks on Saudi oil had little to impact on markets.

20 years ago that kind of attack not only would have sent markets reeling but we would have been deploying troops. But because Trump has led us down the path of energy independence we don’t have to fight foreign wars for oil. There was a time when committed leftists would chant the refrain “NO BLOOD FOR OIL”
LMAO. We were a net exporter of petroleum before anyone knew who trump is.

That election was won just as all others before it by getting a majority of the electoral votes available or by other provisions in the Constitution when a majority wasn't received.

The problem is, I’m not hysterical. I am pretty chill and rarely get hysterical. I’ll let you know when it happens. I’m generally laughing at you and how far down the rabbit hole you are these days.
You would be sad for him if you knew him before his breakdown.

Does he not realize that the term 'hysterical' is an insult to a woman?

OIC Another toothless SJW, lol

Don't need that stuff

But you did need it.

You needed it to make everyone forget you supported Bush the Dumber.

Then you needed it again to make everyone forget you supported the teabags.

You'll do it again when you need to make everyone forget you supported Trump.

Or you'll just create a bunch of new IDs; yeah, that's what you're going to do.

indeed. The TDS crowd is on a journey to 2020 political oblivion

Funny because you were predicting the same thing last year.

You shared the #Walkaway and #Blexit tags, like a useful idiot, and you were convinced there would be a red wave instead of the blue one that actually happened.

So since your instincts were utter shit last year, why would they be any better today?

Not just conservatism, but republicans as well.

This is their party. They have always been this way. It's their MO, their ideology and anyone who tries to say otherwise is just brainwashed!
