The longer this gets drawn out, the worse it is for Trump.

What his supporters don't realize is that there will come a point where they can't obfuscate any longer...where everything is under oath and in prime time.

Trump wouldn't even go to trial for Trump U, what makes anyone think he won't try to avoid one for this?

He settled big time on Trump U, but there is no settlement on this, once impeached he will go to trial or resign.

The longer it draws out the greater the perception grows that the only thing democrats care about is impeaching Trump.

Which, is manifestly true lol. That’s horrid optics if you are a House member who squeaked by in a district won by Trump.

Is all this worth democrats losing the House over? Especially, given that it’s doubtful they would prevail in the Senate. Also, given that it would hyper-motivate Republican turnout in the general.

Do democrats ever ask themselves such things?
