Yet there are 5 1/2 X as many whites as blacks yet nowhere near 5 1/2 X as many white recipients. Oh well, facts that matter don't seem to matter to you, BOY.

On a side note, Elijah Cummings represented one of those districts where the only way that SOB could get elected is to have a 60% black majority. Otherwise, that BOY would have just like his constituents and collecting.

Shouldn't have to. Anyone with good sense knows you can't make a valid comparison on such things without doing so.

I don't play games, BOY. I'm trying to educate your kind and you keep proving that is less and less of something that can be done.

Seems you missed the fact that in States where gerrymandered majority minority black districts exists, those districts are the ones where food stamp use is rampant. In the districts where blacks aren't a majority, the use of such things is much less. Those numbers don't lie, boy, and there's no way to play games with them.
