I am a substitute teacher and I teach many different races, cultures and ethnicities. I see no difference in academic learning and comprehension among the kids I teach. It has much more to do with the parents of the kids and how they raise their kids than anything else.

Yes, I have the balls to answer your question. No, I don't think "half the blacks in America have IQs under 75." But I do think many of their parents don't care, so they don't either.
Like I said, the minorities who live and work near me are intelligent, and how they live shows it. But I don't live in the big city, I live in rural America.

Where are they? I never see any of them. Most blacks are on welfare and the few with good jobs got the job thru affirmative action. They're told "Here is your desk. Now just sit there all day every day and don't touch anything."
