Like I said would happen just a couple of days ago, Today Trump debuted his new impeachment defense, I didn’t know there was a quid pro quo.

Which, clearly will be pitting him against Rudy, who pushed the quid pro quo. Will Rudy take one for Trump?
 
So first there was no quid pro quo and now he's pleading ignorance? What's that saying about ignorance of the law is no excuse? Gods, what an idiotic clown that joker is!

The bottom line - if Obama had solicited a foreign government to help undermine Mitt Romney in 2011, a GOP congress would have impeached him, removed him from office, and demanded he be criminally prosecuted for treason

I thought it was admitting that what Trump did was wrong, but not serious enough to remove him from office? Now we got a new one?

Trump admitted it, Sonlon testified to it under oath, the Chief of Staff admitted to it, Trump referred to it in the summary, and several others testified to it under oath.

This may not be the bottom floor on the Trump elevator of bad explanations. He has more rediculous excuses to offer as todays fail. Now it is not bad enough to impeach although it included a long time of lying and forcing others to join the lie cabal.

You got to be drunk on the Kool Aid not to recognize that it was quid pro quo, you do this for me and we will make sure you get your aid we have been holding up, question becomes how Trump and his network frame it to appear as minimal
