"Supreme Court lets Sandy Hook shooting lawsuits go forward"

I showed him that on page two but he keeps recycling the same erroneous post every time someone new gets involved

It's "truthie," just doing what "truthie" does, entertain

He’s not the only idiot to do that.

Look at Sailor and this Into the Night moron.

CHECKMATE, cunt. You got your ignorant ass handed to you again.

You are the stupidest motherfucker on the forum.

:rofl2:

The only thing you prove Domer when you post is your obvious, undeniable mental illness. Certainly the result of generations upon generations of inbreeding.

Just repeating yourself Domer. Over and over and over....well, everyone sees it. Tell me again how you graduated from Notre Dame, are highly educated and have a scientific background? In case you did not notice it, none of your posts show that. Not one.

Well, if they win the lawsuit, it will put some manufactures out of business, the price of your toys will skyrocket

No it won't, no they won't.

The only entities that will be impacted IF the suit is won, will be gun publications from lost advertising revenue.

Don't even know you, but you are incorrect, the SCOTUS ruled that the gun manufactures' defense that they couldn't be sued based upon a 2005 Federal law was erroneous, that the case could continue, a bad omen for the gun manufactures

The SCOTUS did not "rule" on anything.

They denied an appeal petition WITHOUT COMMENT.

Denial of cert is done for a myriad of reasons that have nothing to do wit the actual merits of the case.

To say that SCOTUS has made any "ruling" on the merits of the case is ignorant and stupid.

And again, only one tiny sliver of a loophole of the lawsuit survived; there's nothing about how lethal the AR is or how it shouldn't be offered for sale -- all that dumb anti-gun bullshit was thrown out by the CT courts. Actually, the entire thing was thrown out but then the CT supreme court revived this little sliver, a last bite at the apple, focused on how the gun was marketed in advertisements.

Stop strutting around like a pigeon shitting on the board every third post, you are an idiot that really does not deserve the attention you get here.

You kidding, the precedents that will be set that could be applied to the next mass shooting could bankrupt gun manufacturers

They removed the relevance of the 2005 Federal law that made in next to impossible to sue gun manufacturers there by pulling the rug out from beneath one of the major defenses employed by the gun manufacturers'

Want to try again?

The PlCCA still stands, it still protects gun companies.
The CT court ruled that the PLCCA does not protect gun companies from suits arguing their products were "wrongfully marketed".
The PLCCA never addressed such suits or attacks.
The PLCCA is unharmed, no decision arising from what's left of this lawsuit can impact the PLCCA.
You don't know what the fuck you are talking about.
Stop faking that you do.
