I know the definition has changed, I'm talking about the concept. What used to be considered left-wing eventually became accepted by 90% of society as is now claimed by the Right.
This convo is a perfect example. Society became so liberal, that you refuse to admit that at one point, the Right didn't want to end slavery or let women vote.
