Funny, for ppl who claim to care about precious fetuses, (R)s don't seem to give much of a shit about the already-born-and-alive, do they?

Water regulations are a local affair, not the federal government. So are 'clean air' regulations. The States do this. Trump is simply cutting the federal layer to allow the States to better manage it themselves, which they already do.

Science is not a study. Science is not a regulation or government program either.

The CDC budget has not been cut. No federal budget has been cut.
