I've lived in the suburbs all my life. Very few "dark" people and almost no crime. Wonder why that is, boy?

Cities overrun with "darkies" tend to have the highest crime rates. Baltimore is 2/3 black. Wonder why there's a far greater chance of being a victim of a crime there than where I live?
