The SC is deciding on a subpoena dispute between the Legislative Branch and the Executive Branch. That is EXACTLY how it is supposed to work. The House should have taken the subpoena disagreement with the Executive branch to court. This SCOTUS case just blew up the whole he ignored our subpoena so we are justified in impeaching him. Now if Trump ignored the subpoena AFTER it was adjudicated in court then impeachment would be indicated.

There Supreme court just blew up the impeachments Obstruction of Congress case today. How you say? They agreed to review the validity of the subpoena that Congress gave Trump over his financial records. That means the way to resolve deputes between Congress and the Executive branch about Congressional subpoena's should be resolved in the court. Congress says Trump obstructed Congress when he claimed executive privilege but the court just proved that subpoena needs to be upheld by the court before Trump has to obey it.

This is how the framers set up the solution to this very situation, should it ever occur.
When there is a dispute between the Legislative & Executive branches, it is then
