Mark Levin: "...declare the impeachment null and void"

I dont know if that is actually stare decisis. I don't think this ever happened before.

The fact the House has the sole power to impeachment may mean in fact simply passing the Articles is de facto impeachment. not clear

If she meant it when she said that Trump is a "danger to our country
and national security", she'll send the articles over. The Senate has the
sole power to conduct the trial.

of course. and that was the "logic' why she couldn't take Trump aides to court.
Suddenly the "Trump is an existential threat to the election integrity" is no more

The House has sole power over impeachment. Sole. That means it is what they say it is. The Senate has sole power over the trial, once they get the paperwork. They do not decide when it comes. That would mean the House is not in sole control of impeachment but has to answer to the senate. That is not how it works.

It's null and void now.

No impeachment until the Senate receives the Articles.

Well, that’s debatable lol.

And precisely because it’s debatable is a political problem for Pelosi and the impeachment-hungry Democrats. My own argument is the impeachment has the practical effect of a censure until if/when Pelosi *stops abusing power* and complies with the constitutional mandate to send the articles to the sent.

One of which accuses Trump of...wait for it...abuse of power.

House Democrats have congress engaged in a fricking Monty Python skit and the sooner it ends the better.

Indeed.

This guy is so disgusting........it's a wonder he even has a radio show.

He should be banned from spreading such hate........but this is "free speech" and we wonder why it's so much hate in america.

America is a proper noun. It is capitalized.

Kettle logic fallacy.

It is clear. It is quite clearly laid out in the 6th amendment. No charges files, no trial, no conviction, no crime.

The President simply has not yet been impeached.

There are two schools of thought on that brought about by a unique situation.

SCOTUS may have to settle it, eventually.

If Queen Nancy fails to deliver the articles of impeachment to the Senate which would actually impeach the President, it all goes out the window, since that House and Senate will disband and all unfinished business is chucked out with the old House and Senate.

When Queen Nancy decides to get off her butt and file the articles of impeachment with the Senate, there is no impeachment. The House is in sole control of impeachment. All that has to happen now is for Queen Nancy to file the charges with the Senate.

That was yesterday's talking point lie created for degenerate stupid tards.. Moving on please?

Rushing to failure in a Kangaroo court loses to slowing to attempt to make a fair trial every time.

You want no evidence and immediate acquittal and this behind Trump, and don't pretend you care about anything else,
including Dem earnestness or methods in pursuit of Trump's demise. If there was a fair trial in the offing this puppy would already
be in McConnell's shriveled hands.
