It would be easy to ‘deem the articles presented’ and hold an up or down vote on them *as presented*. There is ZERO chance that McConnell would allow Pelosi to get away with that gutter ball.

where in the constitution does it say the Senate can vote on House Articles of Impeachment if they never received those Articles? Vote on what exactly?
